Ground & Grow
Space to reset. Clarity to move forward.
12–14 March 2027 · Tewinbury, Hertfordshire
Three days to step away from the noise of everyday life and make space for yourself, your ideas and what comes next.
Set within the Hertfordshire countryside, Ground & Grow brings together personal coaching, professional guidance, creativity, movement, nourishing food and time to properly slow down.
Come as you are. Leave rested, clearer and with a stronger sense of where you want to go next.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You don’t necessarily need to change everything. You just need enough space to work out what needs to change.
-
You’ve been so busy keeping everything moving that you’ve lost sight of where you are going.
-
You have ideas, but never seem to have the time or headspace to properly explore them.
-
Something in your work, business or life feels stuck - but you’re not quite sure what needs to shift.
-
You’ve lost some of the confidence, energy or spark you used to have.
-
You know you want something more, or perhaps simply something different, but you can’t quite see what that looks like yet.
-
You keep telling yourself you’ll make time to think about it when things calm down. They rarely do.
If some of that feels familiar, Ground & Grow gives you the space - and the right support - to start untangling it.
Your Ground & Grow Retreat Weekend.
Thoughtfully supported before, during and beyond your stay.

Before the Retreat
Arrive with space already beginning to open.
Before we meet at Tewinbury, you’ll have a private one-to-one conversation to talk about where you are now and what you would most like from the weekend.
There’s nothing to prepare or achieve beforehand. This is simply a chance for us to understand what has brought you here, so your retreat can feel personal from the moment you arrive.

The Retreat Weekend
Space to slow down. Support to look forward.
Over three days, restorative time and professional guidance are intentionally woven together.
There’ll be personal coaching and reflection, business and creative clarity, yoga, meditation, sauna and cold immersion, time outdoors, nourishing seasonal food and the simple pleasure of creating and eating together.
Some moments will help you look inward. Others will help you look at your work, ideas or direction with fresh eyes.
And between them, there’ll be room to breathe - walks, conversation, good food and time when nothing is expected of you.

After the Retreat
Take what has shifted back into everyday life.
Ground & Grow isn’t designed to feel wonderful for three days and then disappear the moment you get home.
Before you leave, we’ll bring together what has surfaced over the weekend - the ideas, decisions and changes you want to carry forward - and turn them into a small number of clear, realistic next steps.
You’ll also remain connected to the Luce & Earth community, with opportunities to continue the conversations, connections and support that began around the table.
Come to rest, but leave with something moving.
Who is this for?
You don’t need to have everything figured out. That’s partly why you’re here.
Ground & Grow is for anyone who feels ready for something to shift - personally, creatively or professionally.
You might be running a business and have lost sight of where you’re taking it. You might have an idea you’ve never quite made time for, be considering a change in direction, or simply feel that somewhere amongst work, family and everyday life, you’ve lost a little of your own spark.
You don’t need to arrive with a business problem to solve or a big decision to make.
You just need to be open to stepping away, looking at things differently and giving yourself the time and support to work out what comes next.
You’ll probably feel at home here if you value good conversation, good food, creativity, thoughtful people and the idea of leaving with more than simply feeling rested.

What previous retreat guests have said...
To Paola and Nick, I have grown to love and adore you both after you hosted the retreat at Glastonbury, in the magical Hunters Moon lodge over the spring solstice. You have shown me wisdom, grace, patience and wonderful hospitality for that I am grateful.

Such a heart warming, spiritual time. I got more out of being here than expected. Thank you. The house looks so magical. Paola & Nick are so heartwarming, loving, happy and a joy to be with. House was great and food was inspiring.

Relaxing, peaceful & educational. I came to relax & unwind. I leave refreshed, alive and with purpose. The house is so, so beautiful & unique in such a beautiful location (think a bigger version of a hobbits house). Our hosts were like long lost friends & the food was delicious. All the guests & hosts got on like a happy family.
H.J / Hertfordshire
I feel alive and charged with such positive energy. I loved all the activities - Yoga, Past Life, 4 Pillars and especially the morning meditation and journal writing. The only way to fit more in is to extend the length of the retreat (yes please!). I have benefited from everything here. The morning meditation and journal writing will continue. The best thing I take away with me is knowing I am on the write path.

It has been absolutely amazing. Paola has done everything in her power to make the stay enjoyable and relaxing and just perfect. Absolutely, this has exceeded my expectations. The organisation that has gone into this Retreat. The food has been amazing and has inspired me to live better.

The house has the wow factor. A very relaxing place - perfect for a retreat. It's such a great location and only a short walk to the spa. The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing. Everyone here got something from it and will go away feeling better. I learnt so much speaking to other like minded people. I found the whole thing so interesting.
B / Somerset
I feel less tired, less stressed and my body aches less. Absolutely - I want to come back. Thank you Paola for creating such a lovely retreat. It's been so lovely.
S.J / Somerset
Very relaxed & enjoyable experience. Very warm welcome. Relaxed & friendly atmosphere. Accommodation and surrounding area lovely. The house (like a hobbit house) was very suitable for the occasion. It provided everything needed. Hosts were warm and welcoming & worked hard at meeting our requirements.

Why Tewinbury?
Tewinbury Farm, Hertfordshire
Because where you step away to matters.
Set within the Hertfordshire countryside, Tewinbury gives Ground & Grow room to breathe.
Surrounded by fields, water and a working farm, it feels removed from everyday life without being far from it. There are paths to wander, places to sit beside the River Mimram and space to notice the landscape beginning to change as winter gives way to spring.
The estate itself has grown from a family farm into a place centred around food, nature, wellbeing and gathering - values that feel naturally at home with Luce & Earth.
For the weekend, Kingsbridge House becomes our own space within it: somewhere to eat together, talk, create, rest and return to between sessions.
It isn't simply where the retreat takes place.
The setting is part of what makes slowing down possible.
Where clarity becomes confidence.
Step away from the noise. Come back knowing what deserves your attention.
Ground & Grow isn’t about arriving with a problem that needs to be fixed.
It’s about creating enough space to see things differently.
Across the weekend, personal coaching, business insight, creative guidance and restorative experiences come together to help you look at where you are now - what’s working, what feels stuck and what you want more of.
There will be time to explore the ideas you’ve been putting off, conversations that offer a different perspective and experienced people around you to help turn thoughts into something more tangible.
You won’t leave with every answer.
But you will leave with a clearer sense of what matters, greater confidence in your direction and practical next steps that feel like your own.
The Journey.
